Alicia Siddoway

Owner/PT

Alicia was raised in Rexburg, attended Madison Schools, Ricks College, and BYU before graduating with a Physical Therapy degree from University of Washington-Seattle. She trained in Burn and Wound care at Harborview Burn and Trauma Center. Alicia and her husband Duane have five children and lived in Seattle, Denver, and Southern California before returning home to Rexburg. Alicia worked with her father, Gary Griffeth, for 20 years. After Gary retired, Alicia opened Advanced Physical Therapy & Wound Center on the corner of Main Street and Professional Plaza in 2014. She is the most experienced wound therapist in the state and specializes in total joint rehabilitation and strengthening and balance programs. She loves to help at the ranch and spend time with family (especially grandkids).

Blake Galbraith, from Rexburg, attended local schools and grew up working at a family-owned business, Interwest Cabinet. Blake graduated from Madison High School, served an LDS mission in Fort Worth, TX, and attended BYU-I. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro University in NV. He enjoys camping, jet skiing, snow skiing, horseback riding, and anything he and his wife Sarah and their dog Kozmo can do together.  He is so happy to be back in Rexburg and excited to be at Advanced PT & Wound. Blake came to mentor with Alicia in Wound Care as well as to pursue specialties in Spine and Orthopedic Rehab.

Elaine was born in Dayton, Ohio; she worked in Jackson Hole at 18 and couldn’t resist the draw of the mountains. She and her husband, Ing, and her dog, Twila, love living in Teton Valley. Elaine is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and a licensed massage therapist. She is gifted in manual therapy and passionate about adding new skills and techniques to benefit our patients, including kinesiotaping, ASTYM, and cupping. She spends any spare time producing beautiful artwork, hiking, biking, or skiing.
Stacey Jones Holm

Stacey moved to Rexburg from North Carolina to be closer to her family. She received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from BYU-Idaho. Stacey loves all aspects of Physical Therapy, and is specialty trained in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. She is excited to be a part of this unique service, which addresses incontinence, pelvic/hip pain, and sexual dysfunction. She has helped many women and men experience life-changing relief. Stacey loves all outdoor activities and adventures. She is always learning and is terrific at making therapy fun!
Sheila Sommer

Sheila is the newest member of the team, but not new to the community. The Edelmeyer and Sommer families all celebrated as Sheila recently completed her Physical Therapy Assistant degree at BYU-I. This mother of six and grandmother of seven enjoys hiking, biking, movies, and anything her family can do together. Sheila is especially interested in helping men and women improve the quality of their lives by addressing neck and back problems with core strengthening. Her creative approach produces outstanding results!
